Meanwhile, the automatic pipe handling system has finished the synchronous control of upper and lower mechanical arm, hydraulic drawworks test, rotation test of standing handling arm, optimization of delta signals for basic movements.

In April 6, 2017, the automatic pipe handling system can do the last commission, according to the test outline, the test radius covers all the working areas, from 2230mm to 4400mm. The data conforms to the design requirements, the control precision, the movement is smooth, and has reached the design requirements of the automatic pipe laying machine.
