The drilling rig adopts advanced AC variable frequency drive mode driver by 5 CAT3512 diesel generating units connected to power generation, the inverter rectifier inverter into variable frequency adjustable AC ro drive winch, mud pump, rotary motor. Variable frequency drive cabinet uses one to one way control, realizes the stepless speed regulation.
Drilling rig is the former open derrick, low installation, the overall rise.
The base is singleshot structure, all equipment should be installed on low position and power integrated by hoisting winch.
Winch is single shaft gear transmission, two gear stepless speed regulation, by four 720kW AC inverter motor drive. The main brake uses hydraulic disc brake. Auxiliary brake uses motor energy consumption brake. Winch is equipped with automatic drilling and anti collision device.
Rotary table uses an independent driving mode, by a 720kW AC frequency conversion motor, through the chain box drive to achieve the stepless speed regulation.
Each mud pump uses a 1200kW AC variable frequency motor driven by the joint narrow V belt. The stepless speed regulation of AC frequency conversion motor can realize the continuous and stable change of pump and displacement.
Drilling rig uses 5 mud purification system, it can be very well to remove the harmful mud in the mud to achieve the role of mud purification.
