Liaoning Petroleum Equipment Institute Co., Ltd. (L&H) is located in wetlands Panjin City, China and mainly engaged in providing technical research and development, technical support and technical service of engineering equipment such as oil drilling equipment, offshore engineering equipment, engineering vessel and offshore drilling platform, etc for worldwide. L&H, covering an area of 200,000 square meters, is a high-tech company in oil equipment R&D area. L&H has been awarded as “Provincial Enterprise Engineering Technology Research Center of Liaoning Province”, in 2010. "Offshore Petroleum Equipment Engineering Research Center of Liaoning Province" in 2011. "Public Technology Service Platform for SMES(read as small and medium-size enterprise) of Liaoning Province" and “Industry Cluster Public Service Platform of Liaoning Province” in 2012. On the basis of this, L&H establishes national new industrialization industry demonstration base. L&H has been as Postgraduate Training Base of Northeast Petroleum University Ha’erbin Engineering University and Xi’an Petroleum University.
